From Setup Crew to Transforming the Event Industry




I started out working on a setup crew for a convention center, and I loved it. Seeing people come together for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations made me realize how important these moments of community are.

But then, slow season hit—and my hours got cut. It wasn’t because the events weren’t great; it was because there weren’t enough bookings. That’s when I realized the biggest challenge for venues isn’t running events—it’s getting them in the first place.

That realization sent me on a mission. I shifted from setting up events to helping venues book more of them. After years in digital marketing and automation , I saw how outdated strategies, word-of-mouth referrals, and manual follow-ups were holding venues back-causing inconsistent bookings, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.
